Baba Painting for Sale to Help a BL in Need

A beautiful 30" x 40" painting of Baba by Dale Draeger is available for sale to benefit an out-of-work Baba-lover who is disabled by a severe back condition and who is trying to avert homelessness. In dire need of rent money as soon as possible, this Baba-lover is asking $2000 for the painting, or the best offer of at least $1000 (payment to be made directly to the landlord).

The painting shows Baba gazing out on the world from the doorway to the bamboo cage room on Meherabad Hill, which he had built for his mast work. (Apologies for the poor quality of the photo above, but it does reveal the charm of the artist’s style.)

The painter, Dale Draeger, is a professional artist and owner of Redpath Fine Arts in Corvallis, Oregon. In addition to her popular work on canvas, she paints murals, trompe l'oeil, ceiling and wall design, faux finishes, portraits, and other commissioned paintings. See more of Dale's Baba paintings here.
